Before Your Session

What should I wear?

Bring clothes you're comfortable in and that fit your professional context. Simple, solid colors work best—avoid busy patterns or very bright colors. If you're unsure, bring options and we'll decide together. I'll send detailed guidance in your confirmation email.

Do you provide makeup?

Professional makeup is available and recommended for women. Our makeup artists book quickly, so plan at least 1-2 weeks ahead. Please enquire for details

What if I'm nervous about being photographed?

Completely normal. Most people feel awkward in front of the camera. I'll guide you through everything—how to stand, where to look, natural expressions. That's my job. You'll see the images as we go, so there's no guesswork.

Team Headshots

Can you photograph our team at our office?

Yes. About half my work is on-site. I'll visit beforehand (no charge) to assess the space and plan the setup.

How many people can you photograph in a day?

Plan for 15 minutes per person. That's roughly 30 people in a full day, depending on complexity. We'll confirm numbers when we discuss your needs.

What's included in team packages?

Each person gets one fully retouched professional headshot. Pricing is per person with a minimum of 5 people. See team pricing or get a quote.

After Your Session

When will I get my photos?

You'll receive your selection gallery within 72 hours. Once you choose your finals, retouched images are delivered within 5-7 business days (or sooner if you need them urgently—just let me know).

What does "different looks" mean?

Different looks = different outfits, backgrounds, or lighting setups. This gives you options for LinkedIn, your website, or other contexts.

Can you retouch wrinkles or blemishes?

Yes. All final images include professional retouching—smoothing skin, reducing shine, removing stray hairs, minor blemishes. I keep it natural and authentic. Additional retouching is $35 per image if needed.

Booking & Logistics

How do I book?

Book online or contact me with your preferred dates. I'll send confirmation details and prep guidance once booked.

What's your cancellation policy?

Free to reschedule with 48 hours notice. Late cancellations (under 48 hours) are charged 50% of the session fee unless the session is rebooked within 14 days.

Do you travel for shoots?

Yes, travel is available for team shoots or special projects. Get in touch to discuss.
